At Swiftpick Shop, operated by SWIFTPICKSHOP LLC, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, conditions, and process for warranty claims on our athletic footwear products.

1. Warranty Coverage

All footwear products sold through swiftpick.shop, including our AirFlex Pro soccer cleat lineup, are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of carrier delivery against manufacturing defects, including:

Sole separation or delamination under normal use
Stitching failures or structural seam defects
Material defects present at the time of delivery

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear from regular use
Misuse, neglect, or improper care of the product
Accidental damage, cuts, or abrasions
Modifications or alterations made to the product
Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

Email our support team at info@swiftpick.shop with the subject line "Warranty Claim".
Include your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos of the affected area.
Our team will review your claim within 3 to 5 business days and respond with next steps.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Warranty Claim Eligibility

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the carrier delivery date.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required for all warranty claims.
Products must not have been returned, refunded, or exchanged previously.

5. Remedy Options

Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, SWIFTPICKSHOP LLC will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

A direct replacement of the defective product
A full refund to the original payment method

6. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by SWIFTPICKSHOP LLC. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from product defects beyond the remedies stated above.
