4. RETURN SHIPPING FEES
- Defective / Wrong Items: If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover full return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid return label.
- Customer Preference / Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, you will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
5. REFUNDS PROCESS
