We stand behind the quality of our footwear and want you to be completely happy with what you receive. If your order isn't quite the right fit or doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Our 30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from the day your package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests beyond this 30-day period.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a full refund, all returned items must be returned in the exact condition it arrived:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and completely free from outdoor dirt, grass stains, or pet hair.
Items must be in original packaging with all product tags intact.

Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for paying the return postage cost for standard returns (e.g., changing your mind or picking the wrong size).
Zero Restocking Fees: We never charge restocking fees or deduction penalties ($0.00 Restocking Fee).

How to Start a Return

Send an email to info@swiftpick.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
Our support team will review your request and send you the exact return mailing instructions.
Carefully pack the item and mail it back to our Albuquerque operations unit:

Send us your return tracking number so we can track its arrival at our warehouse.

Order Cancellation Window

If you change your mind immediately after buying, you may request a cancellation within 2 hours by emailing info@swiftpick.shop. Once an order passes our daily 2:00 PM MST cutoff and enters warehouse packing, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a standard return after delivery.

Inspections & Refund Timing

Once your returned item reaches our facility, our team will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days. Once approved, your refund will be issued straight back to your original payment card. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the credit to reflect on your account statement.
